Hi my namve is Yvon Parizeau. It has always been a passion of mine to transfer my knowledge to the next generation. As a manager and then a director in the Canadian federal government I used to spend a lot of time coaching the members of my team. Also as a teacher on a part time basis in a 4th year degree program I would offer to my students to come to me for career advice at any time. Now that I am a consultant, I am also asked on several occasions to coach the staff and transfer my knowledge on various topics.
